Several Nigerians were feared dead in Kano on Monday afternoon when a bomb went off at the premises of Kano School of Health Technology located along Gida Murtala–BUK Road.
The blast went off at 2pm and appeared to come from a parking lot next to the provost’s office of the Kano School of Hygiene, a post-secondary training school.
Kano police spokesman Magaji Magia confirmed the blast.
Meanwhile the police has arrested the suspect pictured below in connection with the attack.
