Revealed : Lagos bar where male S*ex workers hustle for clients

lagos bar
The time was 7pm, penultimate Saturday. The venue was a hotel on Abaranje Road in Ikotun, a suburb in Lagos State. He adorned black denims on a black T-shirt. He said his name was Kenny, of course, he admitted it wasn’t his real name.

He sauntered into the hotel as if his main aim was to have a couple of drinks and maybe complement it with a plate of sizzling pepper soup.

But Kenny didn’t just come to only have a drink, Kenny is first of all, a male commercial sex worker and was looking for a customer that he would ‘service’ in order to make a quick cash for the weekend. One of our correspondents got to know Kenny through a regular customer, who had been patronising the motel bar for a long time and who once had a close contact with him.

Buhari Is A Better Christian Than Jonathan By Ikechukwu Orji

Muhammadu Buhari with a Catholic Bishop during a recent meeting with catholics in Abuja

There is absolutely nothing Christ-like in President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration.
It was Mahatma Gandhi who said he admired Christ not Christians. I guess he said this to remind people that most Christians are definitely not Christ-like. One cannot  claim to be a Christian when his attitude is opposite of the principle that we are called to live by.   There is no middle ground in this race. It is either you are living like Christ or you are a pretender. People like pretending to be what they are not. It is for this reason that one writer defined hypocrisy as a tribute that vice pays to virtue.

There is absolutely nothing Christ-like in President Goodluck Jonathan’s administration. His policies are harsh towards the common man. He has done absolutely nothing for the poor of the land. Rather, he has done a lot to favour the rich and eminent personalities. Any true Christian knows that God loves the poor and is earnestly seeking to do them good. He is seriously looking for those to use to render service to the poor. It can only take a wicked man to increase the prices of petroleum products on a New Year day thereby causing immense hardship to numerous poverty stricken citizens.  Any government that is anti poor is anti God.

Civil Society, Human RightsCommission, Demand Probe Of Ekiti Governorship Rigging Allegations

                                            Clement Nwankwo and Chidi Odinkalu

The Nigeria Civil Society Situation Room (Situation Room) and the National Human Rights Commission (NHRC) on Thursday called on politicians across Nigeria to close ranks in protecting and defending the credibility of the country’s electoral system.
The call is contained in a communique issued at the end of a meeting of their representatives in Abuja concerning arrangements for the protection of the human rights to franchise and participation in the 2015 elections.  The meeting followed the recent NHRC Pre-Election Report and Advisory on Violence in Nigeria’s 2015 General Elections.

Stressing that the allegations concerning the role of certain senior political and military personnel in last year’s Ekiti Governorship Elections are serious the communiques said it was in the interest of the credibility of the election system and of all persons and institutions associated with the allegations that there should be a credible, independent and impartial investigation of these allegations without further delay.

Larry Otu after he was brutally assaulted by airforcemen attached to mrs. Jonathan

A bevy of Navy, Army, Air Force, Police and Civil Defence officers was deployed to beef up security at the Osubi Airport for the arrival of Mrs. Patience Jonathan, and SaharaReporters reliably learned that Otu was at the airport to receive some business partners traveling in from Canada when he was seized upon by the officials.

Rogue Cop Sam Chukwu, AIG Mbu Plotting To Rig Elections In Southwest

                     Sam Chukwu and AIG Mbu

Several police and political sources have told SaharaReporters that Sam Chukwu, a sinister police officer reputed for masterminding a group of rogue policemen who carried out kidnapping, armed robbery and other major crimes in Enugu State, was recently promoted and deployed to Lagos in order to fortify a team of senior police officers charged with helping the Peoples Democratic Party (PDP) carry out massive rigging in Lagos State and other southwest states. Our police sources named Mr. Chukwu, who is linked to a major kidnap and murder case in Enugu, as a key player in the scheme, whose leader is Assistant Inspector General of Police Joseph Mbu.

“Sam Chukwu is one of the biggest criminals in the police force. That is why Sir Mike Okiro gave him promotion and sent him to Lagos in January,” a top police source at police headquarters in Abuja told SaharaReporters in a telephone interview. The officer, who said he and numerous other officers were incensed at the increasing use of police officers for illegal assignments, added, “Instead of sacking Sam Chukwu, they have sent him to Lagos today to join the operation of rigging election.”

Sacking Jega “recipe For Disaster” – Northern Elders

Image result for picture of jega
Speculations that President Goodluck Jonathan intends to fire the Chairman of the Independent National Electoral Commission, INEC, Attahiru Jega, before the general elections, intensified Friday after the Federal Government refused to give a clear commitment on the matter. Responding to concerns that the electoral chief would soon be mandated to proceed on a terminal leave, the Minister of Information‎, Edem Duke, gave an uncertain response, saying Mr. Jega’s exit will follow a “natural course”.

Although he re-echoed President Goodluck Jonathan’s comments last two weeks that he had not informed anyone of any plans to sack the INEC boos, Mr. Duke said that did not imply that when it is time for Mr. Jega “to naturally exit his office, then the natural course of things will not take place”.
“I think all of that is in the terrain of the Presidency and he has spoken. I have nothing to add to that,” he added.

“They have said the President is coming to Lagos. He is welcome to come; Lagos is part of his constituency but we will not vote for him because when we needed him, he did not come to help us. When the international airport road was damaged and he promised to fix it, did you see him?

Ex-Yemen president Saleh stole up to $60billion - UN

            Yemen

Ali Abdullah Saleh, Yemen’s former president, is believed to have amassed between $32bn and $60bn through corruption during his 33 years in power, a UN report has said.

A panel of experts reported on Wednesday to the UN Security Council that Saleh’s assets were stashed in at least 20 countries, and the team is investigating the ex-leader’s connections with businessmen helping him to hide the funds.

The 15-member council in November imposed sanctions, including an assets freeze, on Saleh, who was forced out of power in 2012 under a Gulf-sponsored deal.

The council also blacklisted Saleh for obstructing peace in Yemen, notably for backing the Shia Houthi rebels that have seized power in Sanaa.

ISIS executioner ‘Jihadi John’ identified as a young Londoner from a well-to-do family

    Nicole Tung, / freejamesfoley.org,
In this November 2012, file photo, posted on the website freejamesfoley.org, shows American journalist James Foley while covering the civil war in Aleppo, Syria.

LONDON — The world knows him as “Jihadi John,” the masked man with a British accent who has beheaded several hostages held by the Islamic State and who taunts audiences in videos circulated widely online.

But his real name, according to friends and others familiar with his case, is Mohammed Emwazi, a Briton from a well-to-do family who grew up in West London and graduated from college with a degree in computer programming. He is believed to have traveled to Syria around 2012 and to have later joined the Islamic State, the group whose barbarity he has come to symbolize.

“I have no doubt that Mohammed is Jihadi John,” said one of Emwazi’s close friends who identified him in an interview with The Washington Post. “He was like a brother to me…. I am sure it is him.”

Who's Afraid of Buhari? Thugs And Thieves Like Femi Fani-Kayode And Ayodele Fayose By Bayo Oluwasanmi

                    Femi Fani-Kayode

As the presidential election enters its critical phase, the air is thick with accusation and counter-accusations about the candidates. In what is now desperation for Mr. Jonathan that he's loosing the edge, he and his attack dogs are in full throttle to pin on General Muhammadu Buhari the toxic label of hypocrite.
Politics is synonymous with hypocrisy. Historically, the original hypocrites were the stage actors of ancient Greece who wore masks and made a profession of pretending to be something they were not. Similarly, politicians like the ancient Greek actors have tried to conceal some part of themselves – their checkered past, their private habits, their personal beliefs – have found themselves accused of hypocrisy. Truth be told, most politicians have many things to hide.

I like to judge people who are judgmental. I'm intolerant of intolerant people. Mark twain was right when he observed that “Nothing so needs reforming as other people's habits.” Hypocrisy is a form of deception. To be a hypocrite is to be a fraud. Femi Fani-Kayode and Ayodele Fayose are frauds.

Ayo Fayose Is Sick In The Head! By Emmanuel Uchenna Ugwu

Ayo Fayose embodies all the key indicators of aggravated mental meltdown - he has cast off all sense of restraint, he is actuated by an insatiable urge to embarrass himself in public, his utterances run like a surging stream of folly, and he finds delectation in the headshaking attention that his shameful stunts earn him!

So there is possibly no way to frame Fayose’s condition nicely. No way to make it sound tame and politically correct. It must be said as it is: simply and plainly - without a touch of varnish. And this is it: this rascal who insists on making sports of his nakedness, this pretender to the seat of Governor of Ekiti State, Ayo Fayose, is sick in the head.

Fayose, who the other day, felt compelled to assert his education by brandishing all the paper qualifications he has ever garnered, from primary school to the polytechnic, before a televised campaign rally, is not a medic. Even his claim to basic literacy is suspect because he has proved unable to appreciate a simple reading of the constitution on the count of majority in the Nigerian legislature.

Nigerian Parents Give Birth To White Baby In London (Photo)

When Angela Ihegboro first saw her newborn daughter, she was “speechless.” “She’s a miracle baby,” the 35-year-old mother said yesterday. “But still, what on Earth happened here?”

What happened is that baby Nmachi is a blond, blue-eyed white baby born to two black Nigerian immigrant parents at a London hospital. “The first thing I said was, ‘What the flip?’ ” said the father, Ben Ihegboro. “We both just sat there after the birth staring at her for ages — not saying anything.”

He quickly sought to dispel any speculation.
“Of course she is mine. My wife is true to me,” the 44-year-old customer service adviser said. “Even if she hadn’t been, the baby still wouldn’t look like that.”

80% of people who advise me have nothing to say – Jonathan

President Goodluck Jonathan has declared that more than 80 percent of his advisers have nothing to say. He stated this in Yenagoa, the capital of Bayelsa State, at a special funeral service for eight female politicians and their driver who died in a road accident on February 14.

Jonathan stated this in reaction to Governor Seriake Dickson’s disclosure that he was advised against organising a state burial for the deceased.

Jonathan said, “I was surprised when the governor said some people asked why state burial. I told the governor that more than 80% of people who come to advise you have nothing to say, but just listen to them.

Fayose Has Just Been Taken To The Cleaners; See Details

Governor Ayodele Fayose of Ekiti State should prepare to explain himself to Muhammadu Buhari after he would have defeated Goodluck Jonathan in the election. Read what Joe Igbokwe wrote below:

Anybody who sees Ayo Fayose, the so-called governor of Ekiti State should please beg him to see a psychiatric doctor before it is too late. From the look of things now I do not know if the man ever sleeps at all.

From the look of things I can say authoritatively that he wakes up in the dead of the night to cry and curse the day General Buhari was born. I am sure he has fallen out with everybody; his siblings and members of his family included because of this Buhari factor.

After robbing former governor Fayemi of Ekiti State, Fayose has been on top of the world celebrating his so-called victory until the bubble burst...

Missing $20 million Oil Money: Why we can’t publish full details of audit report – Nigerian Govt.

                             Petroleum Minister, Diezani Alison-Madueke

The Nigerian government has finally opened up on why it has refused to disclose the full findings of investigations into the alleged missing $20 billion oil money, several months after a forensic examination had been concluded by an independent firm. The audit report by PriceWaterHouseCoopers on the Nigerian National Petroleum Corporation, NNPC, accused of diverting the money, has been ready since September 2014, but the government has declined repeated demands to make the document public.
Amid pressure from the public and the opposition All Progressives Congress, APC, the government early February issued a “highlight” of the report, with a conclusion that the alleged missing $20 billion, exposed by a former Central Bank Governor, Lamido Sanusi, was a farce.

President Jonathan Missed the Point on the Missing N30 trillion, By Chukwuma Charles Soludo

  gejn soludo

A former Governor of the Central Bank of Nigeria, Chukwuma Soludo, has released a third article responding to President Goodluck Jonathan’s claim that it was impossible for N30 trillion to have been stolen when federal budget over the last four years was less than N30 trillion.
In his article, Mr. Soludo argues that Mr. Jonathan missed the point, and suggested the President did either not read or understand his last two essays on the “mismanagement” of the economy.
Read Mr. Soludo’s full article below.

President Jonathan Missed the Point on the Missing N30 trillion, By Chukwuma Charles Soludo
My attention has been drawn this morning to an article entitled: “Jonathan Replies Soludo over “missing N30 trillion” claim”— extracting from Mr. President’s interview as published by Thisday newspaper. ThisDay quoted Mr. President as saying that “Soludo said that under Ngozi’s watch they stole N30 trillion” but that since the sum of the federal budget over the last four years was less than N30 trillion, such an amount could not have been “stolen”. According to the President, “it is all political”. I had earlier stated that I would not make further comments on the issues until probably after the elections but since Mr.

Ekiti Rigging Tape: Soyinka demands probe of Fayose, Obanikoro, Omisore, others

                              Prof Wole Soyinka
The Nobel Laureate, Wole Soyinka, has demanded investigation into the Ekiti rigging audio, which appears to show how the military hierarchy and some members of the Peoples Democratic Party, including Governor Ayo Fayose, planned the rigging of the June 21, 2014 governorship election in the state.
In a statement on Tuesday, Mr. Soyinka asked the Independent National Electoral Commission to work with the international community to conduct the investigation and make the findings of the exercise known to save Nigeria’s democracy.

He said brushing the issue aside as just electoral malpractice approaches criminal subversion and treason. Mr. Fayose defeated the All Progressive Congress candidate and then governor, Kayode Fayemi, in the election.

APC demands Jonathan’s resignation; accuses President of allowing Boko Haram to fester

                              Lai-Mohammed

The All Progressives Congress, APC, has said President Goodluck Jonathan bears a huge moral responsibility that will haunt him for a long time to come for deliberately allowing the Boko Haram insurgency to fester, leading to the deaths of over 15,000 Nigerians and the displacement of over 3 million others in the past six years.

In a statement issued in London on Tuesday by its National Publicity Secretary, Lai Mohammed, the party also hailed the military for the successes it has recorded in the battle against Boko Haram in recent times, saying the string of victories confirms the party’s stand that the Nigerian military can hold its own anywhere and anytime, if provided with the necessary equipment and if the morale of the troops is not undermined.

Why investigation into Ekiti-rigging tape is stalemated – Jonathan

  PRESIDENT Goodluck Jonathan

The inability of Sagir Koli, the army Captain who recorded the Ekiti-rigging audiotape, to come forward and authenticate the tape, is the reason investigation into the matter cannot proceed, President Goodluck Jonathan has said. Mr. Jonathan told Thisday newspaper that he inquired from the head of the Department of State Security, DSS, if the agency was investigating the matter, but was told that investigation could not proceed because Mr. Koli, who went underground after he was tipped off about the order from the army hierarchy to arrest him, has not come forward to validate the audio.
