Former President of Performing Musicians Association of Nigeria (PMAN), Mustapha Amego has eventually died of cancer he has been battling with for sometime. He died yesterday after his doctors in the United States of America (USA), where had been receiving treatment, sent him home to die since there was no more hope of curing his colon cancer.
Mustapha popularly known as funky mallam , Mustapha is survived by his wife (Marie) and a daughter (Fatemma).
Amego was popular with his weekly music-dance show called Sunday Rendezvous.
