A group under the aegis of the Good Leadership Forum, GLF, has called urged politicians from Kogi Central senatorial district to rally round the candidacy of Alhaji Yahaya Bello for the actualisation of power rotation in the state.
In a statement issued by its President and Secretary, Mallam Abdulrahim and Ibrahim Adomu Suleiman, GLF said the much agitation for power rotation can only be attained if the people of Central and Western part of the state join forces together to support Bello for the forthcoming primary election of the All Progressives Congress, APC.
It said: “Bello is the right candidate for APC, who can effect positive change in the state. Bello is the youngest and most experienced among the contestants. He is closer to the youth and knows how best to address their problems.
He is God-sent to the teeming unemployed youth and women in the state.” Frowning at some aspirants who do not have political clout to win election, but bought forms to cause distraction, GLF charged delegates to vote wisely and shun politicians who may wish to use money to pick the ticket by all means.
