Angelina Jolie
Stunning and massively successful actress and philanthropist Angelina Jolie always was the perfect beauty. But she is on this list for a much braver and different reason than the other celebrities. She never had plastic surgery, but that all changed in 2013. She didn’t have breast augmentation to further her career, but rather because she was diagnosed with having an 87% chance of developing breast cancer (the same cancer that killed her mother).
So the star had a double mastectomy, gaining the love and admiration of the world around, and subsequently underwent reconstructive surgery procedures that included allografts – or transplants. In 2014, she stunned crowds at the Oscars by showing off her reconstructed breasts while dressed in a flowing, silver haute couture dress.

Anna Faris
Some celebrities undergo breast enhancements because of their perceived imperfections and insecurities. Others do so because everyone else is in on the craze. Others still do so to stay relevant. Whatever the reason, the flashy world of Hollywood, obsessed with appearances over substance, is the perfect medium for the procedures.
Media and fans often criticize certain celebrities for going under the knife, but what’s important to understand is that it isn’t the fan or media’s business about what a celebrity does with her body. We all would like to change certain things about ourselves, and it just so happens that breasts can cause a lot of headache, but can ultimately be augmented. Here are 15 of the most famous celebrities with artificial breasts.
Anna Faris is mainly recognized for her comedic roles in films such as Scary Movie (her breakthrough role), The Hot Chick, and The House Bunny. She’s also appeared in dramatic roles such as Lost in Translation and Brokeback Mountain. Her comedic performances have given her rave reviews, being called such things as, “[Her] generation’s Goldie Hawn,” by Vulture, and “Hollywood’s most original comic actress,” by The New Yorker.
Faris has undergone some cosmetic surgeries to help her feel more confident. Her most notable change in appearance is her breasts, which are fuller than before, but still appear quite natural looking. She has had separate surgeries as well, including botox and silicone injections on her cheeks, nose, eyebrows, and chin.

Jaime Pressly
Actress and model Jaime Pressly is known for her role as Joy Turner on the NBC sitcom My Name Is Earl, for which she was nominated twice and won one Emmy for, as well as a Golden Globe and Screen Actors Guild Award. She appeared in films such as Joe Dirt, I Love You, Man, and more.
In 2010, an insider source told UsMagazine.com that Pressly had gotten a boob job, and that “they look amazing!” Although Pressly’s manager had no comment, Pressly told Shape magazine in 2009 that, “I think it’s sexy when women have shapely bodies,” which are evident by her before-and-after pictures.
Kendra Wilkinson
Television personality, model, and author Kendra Wilkinson is most notable for being one of Hugh Hefner’s three girlfriends on the E! reality TV series, The Girls Next Door, which documented life in the Playboy mansion. And although she was not technically a Playmate, she appeared in three nude pictorials for the magazine, and subsequently debuted in her own reality series, Kendra, in 2009.
We all know that it’s basically a requirement for Playboy girls to have breast implants, so that much isn’t surprising. But what is surprising is when, earlier this year, Wilkinson decided to take a bold step and remove her implants. As she told the Daily Mail, “I’m going through a phase right now where I don’t fit my boobs anymore… The person I feel like today isn’t a person with big boobs – I feel like I’m trapped in this body right now.”

Brooke Hoga
While TV personalityn Brooke Hoga might be most famous for being the daughter of famous wrestler, Hulk Hogan, there’s no doubt that she’s carved out quite a career for herself. She starred in the reality series Hogan Knows Best, and recorded an album in 2006 that hit the top-forty of the Billboard Hot 100 chart. She then had her own TV series, Brooke Knows Best, after her family’s show was canceled. While on the Howard Stern show, Hogan admitted to having breast implants, despite denying the rumors on a previous interview with Stern. She had her breasts increased from a B cup to a D, and had a nose job. Finally, she went through a rather unsuccessful (or unnatural at least) botox regiment. Despite that, the six-foot-tall star is still a beauty.

Nicole Marrow
Coco Austin, born Nicole Marrow, is a glamour model, dancer, actress, and the spouse of rapper-actor Ice T. She specialized in swimsuit and body modeling at the young age of 14, and won the 1998 Miss Ujena contest in Mexico at 18. She gained most of her fame, however, by appearing on TV shows such as Hip-Hop Wives, Ice Loves Coco, and in the March 2008 issue of Playboy magazine.
Although she’s admitted to having breast augmentation surgery, she has claimed that her voluptuous posterior is real. Still, rumors fly about her having butt implants as well. The reason she has stated that she has not gotten butt implants are because, “Right now, we’re sitting on our booty. It’s not like you sit on your chest. So I don’t think you should do anything with it because something might get whacked out of place.”

Singapore-born and Houston-raised Tila Tequila
Singapore-born and Houston-raised Tila Tequila first moved to California in 2001, where she was featured in Playboy, Stuff, and Maxim. She was active on the early days of Myspace, which helped make her the most popular music artist on the site. She was then offered her own MTV reality series, a bisexual-themed dating show called A Shot at Love with Tila Tequila, which aired for two seasons.
Tequila has undergone multiple breast implants (at least two), a lip job, botox injections, and some work on her jawline. She only stands at 4’11”, so she opted for a moderate B-cup for her first surgery, before going to a hefty D-cup.

Jenny McCarthy
Model and TV host Jenny McCarthy got her start in 1993, when she appeared as a nude model for Playboy, and was then named their Playmate of the Year. From there, she went into television and film acting, and is also a former co-host of ABC’s talk show, The View. She has written books about parenting, and has claimed that vaccines cause autism. Despite being called “the nation’s most prominent purveyor of anti-vaxxer ideology,” she has stated that, “I am not anti-vaccine.”
McCarthy had an open-minded approach towards plastic surgery. She is noted for not hiding from plastic surgery, with the idea that being presentable and camera-ready is what makes her last a few more years in her business. She has also claimed that, “I’m all for looking better, so I plan on doing whatever I want when the time comes… I love Botox, I absolutely love it. I get it minimally, so I can still move my face. But I really do think it’s a savior.”

Denise Richards
Denise Richards has starred in many films, but her biggest claim to fame is probably as Bond girl and nuclear physicist Christmas Jones in 1999’s The World is Not Enough. Unfortunately, her role earned her the “Worst Supporting Actress” at the 1999 Razzie Awards, but that didn’t deter the role from skyrocketing her career.
In 2004, she posed for a nude pictorial in Playboy magazine just five months after giving birth. She also consistently ranked in the top 10 for FHM, AskMen.com, Maxim, and Men’s Health sexiest women lists. Richards admitted to Howard Stern that she has undergone three breast augmentations. First, at the age of 19. She did so after seeing how good her roommates looked. But then she claimed her implants were too large, so she had a second operation. Finally, after a third operation, she was happy with what she looked like. Despite her numerous operations, she has advocated that girls to do their research before having breast enhancements.

Heidi Montag
Heidi Montag came to prominence after starring in the 2006 MTV reality series, The Hills. Her relationship with fellow cast member Spencer Pratt, who she has been married to since 2009, ultimately became the focus of the series. Originally known as the girl-next-door type, Montag went on an augmentation bender that put other Hollywood celebrities to shame – and not in a good way.
There was a People magazine article that documented her excessive plastic surgery procedures, and she claimed that she was obsessed. She had 10 procedures in one day, so we can’t disagree with that claim. Her small breasts were enlarged to enormous G-cups, but afterwards she claimed she would like to reduce the size of the implants.
Montag has been made as an example of when plastic surgery goes over-the-top. In 2010, she had the following procedures done, at the coaxing of her plastic surgeon Dr. Frank Ryan: a brow lift, nose job, ear pinning, chin shaving, two breast augmentations, her back scooped out, fat injected into her cheekbones, and liposuction on her inner and outer thighs.

Anna Nicole Smith
Anna Nicole Smith came from humble beginnings – first as a topless dancer at a Houston bar, before being discovered and eventually gracing the front cover of Playboy at the age of 24, and then winning the 1993 Playmate of the Year. She was known for her spunky personality, her bright smile and voluptuous body, and of course her huge breast implants.
But the late model and star was never secretive about her augmentations. Rather, she thought they attributed to her career, and helped open the doors for her. She had two implants in each breast.
Smith was addicted to prescription medications, and many believe and speculate that Smith was prescribed multiple (see: too many) pain medications to help her cope with her pain from her surgery, ultimately helping to take part in her 2007 overdose. Through her life, she also had other cosmetic surgeries, such as lip augmentation, a facelift, cheek implants, and some botox injections.

Carmen Electra
Glamour model Carmen Electra gained fame for her appearances in Playboy, and for her role in the TV series Baywatch. She has since starred in many – most unsuccessful – parody films, such as Scary Movie, Date Movie, Epic Movie, Meet the Spartans, and Disaster Movie.
Her claim to fame is still playing Lani McKenzie on Baywatch, from 1997 to 1998. She’s seen her share of the knife over the years, possibly in order to try and reinvent herself, or to stay relevant in the fiercely competitive modeling industry, or to just fix things she finds imperfect about herself. Electra has had a breast augmentation, an eye-lift, botox, and fillers. The breast augmentation (from 32B to a DD cup) and eye-lift were done for expressive purposes, while the fillers and botox were used to keep away signs of aging.
In 2010, she admitted that, “I didn’t want to go as big as that. It’s nice that I don’t have to wear a push-up bra anymore, but I could have left myself alone. I think I was fine the way I was. I had nice breasts before – though they were small.”

Dolly Parton
69-year-old country music legend and businesswoman Dolly Parton is not afraid to speak about the many enhancements she’s had over the years. She began her career as a child performer, recording a few singles at the age of 13, until finding her first commercial success in Nashville at the age of 18. She subsequently became – and remains – the most honored female country performer of all time.
She achieved 25 RIAA certified gold, platinum, and multi-platinum awards, and has had 25 songs reach No. 1 on the Billboard Country charts, which is a record for a female artist. She has a whopping 41 career top 10 country albums (also a record), and has 110 career charted singles from her 50-year career. She also has eight Grammies, and two Academy Award nominations.
Parton has admitted that her well-known image is due to plastic surgery. When Oprah Winfrey asked her on a 2003 broadcast what kind of cosmetic surgery she’d undergone, Parton joked that, “If I have one more facelift, I’ll have a beard!” She’s also stated that, “If I see something sagging, bagging, and dragging, I’m going to nip it, suck it, and tuck it.” And, “It takes a lot of money to look this cheap.”

Pamela Anderson
The name most associated with breast augmentation over the past 25 years is undoubtedly Pamela Anderson. The actress is most well-known for her role in Baywatch, and for her stints in Playboymagazine. She first appeared on the cover of Playboy in the October 1989 issue, and then earned Playmate of the Month in their February 1990 issue. She has since appeared on more Playboy covers than any other model.
She famously increased her bust size to 34D in 1990, and then again to 34DD a few years later. She became a pop-culture icon thanks to her busty figure, which helped land her numerous gigs on popular TV shows. She is very unabashed about her implants, flaunting them with no shame. In 1999, she had her implants removed, but then had even bigger implants in 2004. She is often credited with being the one person to start the breast implant craze in America.
